The Hurricane Boat Anchor was specifically designed to make anchoring your boat quick and easy, allowing you to make the most of your time on the water! Many leading anchors require a long length of chain and a 5:1 or 7:1 scope for their anchor to perform in even a moderate wind. With a Hurricane Boat Anchor, that is not necessary. Only a 4' section of chain is our minimum requirement, and in many situations, the anchor will set and perform on just a 2:1 scope.
